In essence, our management team acts more like a long-term owner than a temporary caretaker. We place a high value on both the physical condition of the community and its financial well-being and we understand that you have already made a substantial investment in your property. We will provide the following scope of architecture administrative services:
- Process and track Design Review Applications or Request
- Request additional information from homeowner if required
- Keep a history log of requests received, approved and disapproved
- Produce, track and process approval or disapproval letters to homeowners on Design Architecture applications
- Produce, track and provide notices and violations
- Bi-Annually Architectural inspections (or as specified)
